1) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
(4) Shure Beta 58 wireless microphones or equivalent brand ( ie Sennheiser)
(2) Back Up Wireless Microphone
(4) Microphone Stand
(4) Floor Monitors
(8) Bottles of room temperature water for onstage
(4) Towels
(1) A high quality speaker system with concert sound appropriate for Venue being played
(1) CD player for Track Playback
(1) Ipod Hookup (Backup)
(1) Concert lighting appropriate for Venue being played
(4) Stools

2) DRESSING ROOM REQUIREMENTS: (FOR 6 PEOPLE)

PURCHASER shall provide one (1) lockable DRESSING ROOM. The dressing room
shall be equipped with lights, electrical power, heating, air conditioning, full length
mirrors, wireless internet service, and a clean and private restroom facility, and shall be
close to the immediate stage area. Please have the dressing room cleaned and sanitized
prior to the arrival of the ARTIST. The dressing room shall be ready at time designated
by ARTIST’s production staff. Dressing room should be furnished with (1) steamer (6)
clean hand towels.

Production shall take possession of all dressing room key(s) and will keep them until the
completion of the performance.
3A) CATERING FOR DRESSING ROOM:
Fruit Platters (for 5 people)
Deli tray (for 5 people)
(1) Squeeze bottle of honey
Assorted teas, Throat Coat, Coffee
(9) Liter room temperature bottled water
(2) Lemons
(1) Sugar Free Coffee Mate Hazelnut Creamer
Variety of Sprite, Regular Coke and Diet Coke
Buffalo chicken wings with celery and ranch

3B) MEALS:
PURCHASER shall provide dinner for (5) people on the show day.

4) TRANSPORTATION

PURCHASER shall provide (1) large Black SUV for artist and management and a luggage van
(if needed)
Transportation will be needed for arrivals and departures and all transportation from hotel to
venue and venue to hotel.

This will be discussed in advance with ARTIST’S Management. Please have on hand the name of
your preferred ground transportation company & all relative telephone numbers & contacts
names.

5) AIR TRAVEL
PURCHASER shall provide six (5) round trip plane tickets
Preferred carrier: American Airlines or United
Purchaser is responsible for baggage fees of up to 2 bags per plane ticket.

6) HOTEL ACCOMODATION:

PURCHASER shall provide:

Six (5) non –smoking hotel rooms with King Size Beds
Hotel shall be in close proximity to venue.
*Minimum 4 star rating

7) BILLING AND ADVERTISEMENT

Artist shall receive 100% sole star billing when headlining in any and all of the following
marketing: publicity releases, promotion and paid advertisements, including but not limited to
internet, social media, radio and/or television advertisements, flyers, signs, lobby boards and
marquees. When performing as co-headliner, Artist is to receive equal billing in all of the
marketing mentioned above. When performing as the supporting act, Artist is to receive 100%
Special Guest Appearance or Special Guest Star billing in any of the marketing mentioned
above.
