SUMMARY

This Community Affairs Management Plan provides an overview of Slot Engineering Community Affairs
Management philosophy. The plan shall be utilized in conjunction with specific community affairs information
gathered from the Afam communities during the construction and hook-up of NAG well gas line in Afam that
was concluded recently. It provides a general guideline and methodology for handling community issues and
educates stake holders on the direction of Slot as it concerns community employment, sub-contracting,
human capital training and the general benefit the impacted communities will derive from this project.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
This document defines the strategy to be employed by SLOT ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED, to
ensure the maintenance of harmonious relationship with the host community that will be directly impacted
by our operations in the above referenced project. This harmonious relationship will ensure timely
execution of the project and safety of all persons involved in the project execution.

1.1. Project Objectives:


2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The intent of Afam F5 Reservoir Development Project is to enable the timely provision of additional
gas supply from the AFAM- F5 field to Okoloma Gas Plant, in order to bridge a projected shortfall in
gas supply and to meet with growing gas demand from the Eastern Domestic Gas Network.

The Afam field is located in OML- 11 in SPDC’s Eastern division, approximately 32km East of Port
Harcourt.

Okoloma Gas Plant was originally constructed to supply gas to Afam Power Plant located
approximately 1.5km from the plant. The Afam F5.0A project will contribute further gas supplies to
continue the achievement of both those original objectives.

In addition, it will introduce a new crude oil stream which will be stabilized in Okoloma Gas Plant and
exported to Bonny Crude Terminal, taking up unused capacity in the existing condensate treatment
trains and pipeline infrastructure.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK/SECURITY PLAN

This Site Security plan addresses SLOT scope of work for the Construction And Hook-Up Of Afam F5
Wells 16 (WNQZ-2 WNQZ-3) & 17 (WLQU-2) Oil Flow line And Gas line for Afam F5 Reservoir
Development PROJECT.

2.1 Scope of Work:


The flowline Procurement and Construction scope of work is as follows:

• Gas pipelines 6” construction ( 0.6km).


• Swing Oil/Gas 8” pipeline construction from Afam 16 well location to Okoloma Gas Plant including
Pig Launcher & Receiver (12km).
• Oil pipeline construction from Afam 17 well location to Okoloma Gas Plant including Pig Launcher
& Receiver ( 11km).
• Extension of gas bulk header at AFAM gas manifold.
• Corrosion inhibitor 1” pipeline to the two wellheads(2.5km)
• Laying Fiber-Optic cables linking three wellheads to Afam Remote Manifold ( 4.5km)

The objectives of this community Affairs plan are:
• To provide a framework for the utilization and development of human capital
available in the host communities
• To provide a framework for the improvement of local content on the project by
involving the host communities
• To provide a guideline for conflict resolution between the host communities and
project should that arise.
• To provide a guideline for the management of potential socio-economic impacts on
host communities by the project.
• To provide a guideline for interaction with community workers both on and off the
work site.
• To enable SLOT to be seen by Afam community as a partner in the socio-cultural
development of the area.
• To achieve zero work stoppage arising from community issues thereby minimizing
loss of time and energy.
• To use regular briefing of SLOT employees on community issues to bridge
communications gaps and reduce areas of conflict.
• To provide a guideline for handling community related initiatives, processes and
methods of resolving community issues as they arise.
• To provide a forum for the SLOT management representative, community
representatives, workforce and client to suggest ways to maintain a peaceful
working environment.

2.0 ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 COMMUNITY AFFAIRS POLICY STATEMENT


IT IS THE POLICY OF SLOT ENGINEERING NIGERIA LIMITED, TO MAINTAIN CORDIAL
RELATIONSHIP WITH HOST COMMUNITIES THROUGH DELIBERATE ACTIVITIES AIMED AT
IDENTIFYING WITH THE ASPIRATIONS OF THE HOST COMMUNITY.

TO ACHIEVE THIS, WE AS A COMPANY SHALL COMMIT TO: -

a. Creating and sustaining employment Employing all casual labour from the host
community.

b. Sub-contract any aspects of the job that a competent hand from the community could handle.

c. As we work among them, we shall try and live like them.

and areas we can facilitate such development.

2.4 Roles And Responsibilities

• The ultimate responsibility for the SLOT’s community affairs plan lies with
the MD of the company.
• Directs and control all the activities in accordance with the policies,
strategies and objectives laid down by the Board of Directors;
• With the back-up of the Operations Manager, Project Manager and
Community Affairs Supervisor, supervises the correct implementation of the
Project Community Affairs Management Plan.
2.4.2 Project Manager/ Engineer- Michael Ananwude_+234 7061062943

• Defines competencies required for Community Affairs Management within


the Project organization.
• Responsible with creating an efficient budget, plan and adequate
resources/ time to manage the community related issues in the project.
• Has an understanding of CLIENT’S guidelines for the monitoring of HSE in
contracts.
• Responsible for all aspects of Community Affairs in project.
• Ensures the periodic and routine reporting of Community related updates in
the project.

responsibilities of the company as laid down in the HSE Plan and

Safety and Environmental issues.
• Directly responsible with emergency procedures, particularly those relating
to the work at site/ community.
• To make sure that all HSE precautionary measures are in place and also to
advice when necessary.
• Taking necessary steps in order to ensure that all Host Community
personnel comply with HSE regulations.

• Makes sure that all HSE precautionary measures are in place within the
community’s and also to advise the HSE Coordinator where necessary.
• Verify that the HSE related activities are in accordance with applicable
codes, specifications and regulations;
• Ensures recording, updating and distribution of Safety and Environment
related documents and information such as procedures, drawings, plans,
reports and certificates;
• Ensure surveillance of HSE Compliance in Community Subcontractors work
and activities.
• Ensure that measures are taken in order to identify and prevent acceptance
and use of defective HSE materials.
2.4.7 Site Nurse-

• Administer First Aid as the need arises.

• Report to the Safety Officer all health hazards observed within project site/
host community.
• Monitor health of all personnel on site and alerts/ attends to all injuries and
refer to the retainer ship clinic in conjunction with the HSE officers and
Community Affairs Coordinator.
• Initiate MEDEVAC procedures if need be.
• Replenish contents of First Aid Box as at when due.

2.4.8 Corporate Responsibility- SLOT ENGINEERING COMMUNITY AFFAIRS


MANAGEMENT
In fulfilling our obligation to host communities in this project, the company shall as a
mark of responsibility:
• Observe Traditions and Customs of host communities as may be applicable
to the overall Principles and objectives of our operations and relations.
• Responsible Industrial Relations Management
• Sub-contract to the Community vendors in reference to the Project CA plan.
• Create Employment Opportunities for Host Community through labour
sourcing from the communities and Training/ capacity building.
• Adopt a Win- Win strategy in Conflict Restitutions (if any) and engage
partnership of all relevant community development groups for positive
results.
• Ensure a good account of staff conducts and ethics.

3.0 COMMUNITY AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT- PLAN, PROCEDURES AND


IMPLEMENTATION
3.1 Introduction

SLOT Engineering Nigeria Limited Procedures and guidelines for sustainable community
relations and management of project impact activities for all host communities as related in this
project, and in line with the terms and conditions of the contract, is here made to align with the
client’s Community Affairs Strategy and memorandum of understanding with the communities.

Below are details of the SLOT Engineering Nigeria Limited CA plan are discussed below.

3.2 Pre Community Engagement Plan

a. Stakeholders meeting Communication

Before commencement of any work activity at the project site, SPDC shall facilitate or set up a
stakeholders interface platform where understanding with community on issues such as
traditional homage, employment of community workers, local sub – contracts, etc. will be
discussed.

SLOT’s communication with community will be routed through SPDC accredited community
leaders.

Other issues related to the community affairs issues will be presented at monthly community
based meetings with the stakeholders and monthly HSE meetings.

b. Briefing of Project Major Events


At the start of this project a brief presentation shall be prepared, which will enable SLOT
Engineering too communicate key data and events of the project to the communities.

3.3 REPORTING OF DISTURBANCES/COMMUNITY ISSUES


All Community disturbances/incidents/actions taken to resolve them shall be reported within 24
hours not later than 48 hours to SPDC. SLOT’s Community Affairs (CA) Manager shall report to
the Project Manager who shall in turn report to the Project Managing Director for information
and /or further actions

The Project Manager, the CA Manager and the CLO will determine the cause of the
disturbances and discuss the measures for remedying the situation.

3.4 Community Employment Plan


Community employment shall be carried out in line with local regulations and NCD policies.

SLOT is deeply committed to the development and progress of the host communities.

In furtherance of the above, we shall endeavor (where practicable) to zone out most un-skilled
labor to the core communities of the operational areas and willing to rationalize their further
involvement in the provision of skilled labor.

The employment sharing formula shall be as agreed with the communities during GMOU
discussions. Employment slots for the communities will be shared through the authorized
community groups based on an established formula.

SLOT shall in all cases, determine the necessary qualifications and suitability of the potential
Workers.

When satisfied with the suitability of any potential worker, SLOT shall issue employment letters
to community employees stating comprehensive conditions of service. Before employment, the
potential community employees must fulfill the following:

a. Fill an application form

b. Pass SLOT work/necessary qualification tests.

c. Pass a medical fitness examination by an approved medical examiner.

d. Provide Police report clearing applicant of any criminal activities

e. Provide a reference letter from a recognized community authority/leader

f. Provide a written, signed and witnessed undertaking to be of good behavior throughout


the duration of the work.

g. Effective date of employment shall be indicated on the appointment letters of the


employees.

h. Community Semi-skilled and Skilled workers are subject to one month probation period.

3.5 COMMUNITY LABOUR PLAN:


The Number of workers that can be employed is limited by the nature, size and scope of the
project. Employment is subject to the following provisions:

 That heavy Construction activity is inherently risky and must be properly managed in
order to safeguard life and property.
 All community workers hired pursuant to the FTO shall fully comply with all health, safety
and environmental protection regulations and practices, and codes and practices
maintained at the work place.
 That SLOT or contractor may take disciplinary action including employment termination of
any worker who deliberately and /or persistently violates rules, regulations, codes and
practices.
 That SLOT or contractor will issue letters of employment/employment contract to each
community worker to be employed. This letter of employment /employment contract will
specify the type of work offered, the schedule, the work hours, terms of
employment, effective date of employment, compensation, work codes and practices,
safety rules and regulations including alcohol and drug policy.
 SLOT recognizes that the number of workers to be engaged is a function of the scope of
work and other considerations and should be at the discretion of SLOT. All employees
from community will be required to sign their letters of employment/employment contract

that complies fully with the G-MOU in the area prior to their employment indicating
agreement to the terms and conditions of employment.
 SLOT recognizes that the number of community workers on site at any given time is a
function of the work availability and that the workforce will be reduced as the scope of
work reduces.
 Community employment shall be 100% of unskilled labour, and 60% of semi-skilled
labour while skilled employment will be based on availability and at the discretion of
SLOT or contractor.

 Unskilled include (security labour, cleaners, office helpers, and all kinds of
helpers)

 Semi-skilled include (carpenters, plumbers, cook, driver (L/V), electricians,


grinders, iron benders, mason, mechanic, nurse, panel beater, rigger, typist/secretary,
fuel attendant, time keeper, wage clerk, office clerk, radio operator, steward, telephone
operator, receptionist, document clerk, generator operator, asst. store keeper, auto
electrician, steel fixer, turner, vulcanizer)
 Skilled include ( Accountant, card operator, carpenter-foreman, civil-foreman, data
processing officer, Driver(mixer truck), Driver (trailer), driver(heavy duty) electrical-
foreman, erector, fitter, welder, grit blasters, heavy duty mechanic, insulator, mechanic-
foreman, operator (bulldozer), operator(excavator), operator (forklift), operator(grader),
admin officers, painter, CLO, foremen, supervisors, engineers, QA/QC inspectors, crane
operator, surveyor, sand blaster, side boom operator, HSE officers, scaffolders, store
keeper, Operator(pay loader), operator(roller), operator(wheel loader), safety foreman)

3.6 Manpower plan


A detailed manpower plan will be presented to the community during community engagement
prior to contractor mobilization to site. Refer to SLOT manpower plan

3.7 COMPENSATION AND WAGES PLAN


Compensation and wages shall be paid to all categories of workers: skilled, unskilled and others
as obtained in Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry on or before the last working day of the month.

The rate shall include bonuses, allowances and benefits. All details of the wages,
compensations, terminal benefits, allowances, bonuses and other benefits shall be well spelt out
in the employment letters to be issued to the workers upon satisfactory provision of the
requirements.

3.8 Remuneration Plan For Community Workers


Compensation rates, wages and benefits for community workers will be in line with the Industry
rates. Wages shall only commence after a worker has signed the letter of
employment/employment contract and has reported for and carried out work on site. No wages
shall be paid after the workers employment expires or is terminated. No work No pay rule shall
apply. All parties accept that this is not negotiable.

3.8.1 Remuneration for community workers:

3.9 Disengagement Plan


In other to maintain harmony during disengagement/downsizing, SLOT shall:

a. Develop and maintain monthly record of employment status as well as a local labour look
ahead plan showing availability and plan to downsize. This is to enable SPDC create a
platform for SLOT to engage the community on local labour disengagement issues well
ahead of time.
b. SLOT shall embark on adequate sensitization of the entire workforce prior to the downsizing
of workers to prepare their minds in advance.
c. SLOT recognizes that the number of workers on site at any given time is a function of work
availability hence workers will be reduced as the scope of work reduces.
d. The disengagement/downsizing will be in phases and determined by the work scope.
e. The number of workers to be disengaged at each point will comprise both SLOT and
community employees and must be related to particular work area/section.
f. The CDB/CT will be notified in advance to enable them sensitize the community.

4.0 Community Content Plan

SLOT commits to ensuring that it awards appropriate sub-contracts to community contractors


commensurate with their capabilities and in line with SPDC Contracting procedures and the
Nigerian local content development goals. SLOT recognizes those provisions in the contract

between it and SPDC. Community –nominated contractors, is subject only to the laws of Nigeria,
and exclusively govern their relationships.

These are:

1. To recognize the needs of host community contractors and suppliers and to ensure that
they receive the opportunity to tender for works of the type and complexity appropriate to
their abilities and SLOT/SPDC requirement.

2. To contribute to the economic development of the community by assisting in

the growth and utilization of a viable Nigerian contractor/community contractor.

These jobs are to be contracted out amongst contractors who are qualified, and are from
the host communities, subject to:

 SLOT procedure which requires that contracts be tendered amongst contractors


and tenders for contracts are subject to technical and commercial analysis
and technically acceptable bids must be commercially attractive to be
considered for award.
 SLOT standards of WORK/QUALITY/HSE must be maintained. As in other
contracts, the provisions for termination/suspension of work in certain specified
circumstances shall be exercised.

 The community will evolve a fair, transparent, objective and equitable mechanism
to ensure the even spread of jobs amongst registered community contractors. In
line with the aspiration to grow capability and develop community contractors,
jobs will be bundled into larger packages and awarded to top performing
contractors
 Compliance with the provisions of all SLOT’s contracting policies and procedures.

 NOTE: In the event that a community contractor is unable to deliver on supplies


within the stipulated time (as contained in the LPO), SLOT is at liberty to get
supplies from other sources to avoid disruption of operations that may occur.

4.1 COMMUNITY MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT PLAN

In line with SLOT’s social performance plan which seeks to enhance the social-economic
development of the community, reach those excluded from opportunities, empower women,
youths and promote community solidarity, SLOT shall embark on community manpower training.

SLOT’s human capital development contribution shall be in the form of “on the job training”
training opportunities and skills development for local community workers. Under the programme,
a specified number of persons selected from the communities will be deployed to the work site,
log books will be provided for them, supervisors assigned to oversee their training, experts will be
invited from time to teach them the theoretical aspects, and provide handouts where necessary.

To ensure discipline on site, each trainee will sign an undertaken to be of good behavior and
obey site rules during the period of training, that failure will attract expulsion and removal from
site. More so, that trainee who absents himself for a cumulative period of one week without

4.2 SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC IMPACT PLAN

In line with SLOT’s social performance plan which seeks to enhance the social-economic
development of the communities, reach those excluded from opportunities, empower women,
youths and promote community solidarity. SLOT shall create a social/economic impact
management plan which will be used to track, understand and improve its social performance.
The plan shall also serve as an early warning system for problems before they affect operations.

The plan shall ensure that any damage to community property caused by SLOT is promptly
repaired and restored to its original condition.

SOME POTENTIAL IMPACTS AND MITIGATION MEASURES

All environmental impacts that have been identified and which can be eliminated or minimized to
an acceptable level shall be complemented by options and measures available.

1 Increase in vehicular movement, road accidents etc.


- Traffic control points shall be established at strategic points /locations along the route.

- Visible warning signs shall be strategically placed on roads and vehicles

- Warning signs recommended by HSE, shall be fabricated by a community contractor and


positioned based on the advice of HSE

- Flagmen shall be posted to strategic points within the site and route to ensure free flow of
traffic

- SLOT drivers shall be trained in defensive driving.


2 Noise and fumes.
- We shall ensure that appropriate PPE’s will be issued to every community worker
(Coverall, Eye goggle, Nose mask, hard hat, Ear muff, Safety boot, Rain coat, Rain boot
umbrella).
- Consultations with relevant stakeholders shall be sustained throughout the project life
span.
3 Opportunity for contracting and employment (See 4.0 & 6.0)
- The use of competent host community based contractors shall be encouraged.
- Unskilled workforce shall be sourced from host communities.
4 Work accidents and injuries.
- Med Rescue/Medevac process shall be put in place.
- First aid box shall be provided on site.
- Tool box meeting shall be held before the start of daily tasks.
- Ensure that HSE policies and standards are complied with.
- Alcohol consumption and recreational drugs shall be prohibited on site.
5 Population increase due to influx of persons.
- Access to project site shall be controlled.( See 9.0)
- Unskilled workforce shall be sourced from the host community (see 4.0)
- Health awareness campaigns shall be conducted for workforce on the risks of STI’s and
other communicable diseases.
- The objective of the health campaign programme is to equip our workforce i.e both
community and SLOT workers with relevant information concerning STI’s and
communicable diseases – how a person can be infected, control and treatment options
available for dealing with cases.
- The aim is to ensure that workers stay alive and are free of STI’s and other diseases by
utilizing knowledge gained to eliminate or minimize their exposure to infections.
- As part of the health awareness campaign programme, free condoms will be made
available at the site clinic; condoms will also be distributed to workers during HSE
meetings.
- A recognized health professional from SLOT’s site clinic/other recognized health
institution will be responsible for the execution of the programme. The health professional
shall give health talk once a month during HSE meetings
- Health information will be disseminated via hand bills, palm felts, posters etc
- There shall be a hand shake with HSE on this.

4.0 COMMUNITY ACCESS CONTROL MANAGEMENT PLAN


SLOT shall locate the CRO/CLO’s office on the fence line to ensure unhindered access to our
contact men on site without gaining access to actual work site. There shall be a hand shake with
security on this issue.

SLOT shall educate and sensitize her staff on the approved and unapproved routes as well as the
status of shared facilities in communities where SLOT operates.

SLOT shall educate and sensitize her staff with regards to the requirements for community
relations

SLOT staff shall be made to understand that the local indigenes shall see them as
representatives of shell during the execution of the work. Hence, staff shall be required to:

• Exhibit a high sense of responsibility


• Be receptive and polite in dealing with the public
• Recognize and respect native customs, norms and traditions of the communities.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

SLOT shall establish a separate site personnel office to handle community workers issues.

The office shall be manned by a separate personnel officer- Community personnel officer

The community personnel officer shall be responsible for the computation of payroll.

He shall be responsible for the discipline, punishment and control of community workers.

He shall take instructions from SLOT personnel office.

He shall ensure that community workers act responsibly and respect site rules and instructions.

11.0 COMMUNITY WORKERS GRIEVANCE HANDLING

In order to resolve grievances timely and maintain an environment where people can work

Together peacefully: The following procedure shall be adopted by any aggrieved community

Worker for any perceived grievance on site.

. A grievance should first be reported to the supervisor, if complain is unresolved after two
days, then it should be reported to the community personnel officer and Community
liaison officer.

. If unresolved after two days, the CLO escalates the issue to the CA manager and project
management. After four days if still unresolved, the matter is referred to the CT/CDB.

12.0 COMMUNITY GRIEVANCE HANDLING

SLOT recognizes that disputes and conflicts may arise from time to time and need to be handled
in a manner to bring speedy resolution.

SLOT is committed to working together with other stakeholders to resolve grievances in order to
maintain an environment where people can work together peacefully.

The following procedure shall be adopted by any aggrieved party for any perceived default on the
side of SLOT on any aspect of the FTO or any other issue capable of affecting harmonious
relationship between SLOT, its sub contractors and Afam Communities.

1. Any grievance shall be reported and forwarded to the CT within 24 hours after the event. If
CT is unable to resolve within one week, this should be escalated to the CDB.
2. If SLOT or the other party is not satisfied with the outcome of the meeting of the CDB after
one month, either party is at liberty to take it before the Hon Commissioner for Chieftaincy
and Community Affairs Rivers state, if they so choose or seek legal redress in line with the
laws of the land but not before exhausting the dispute resolution process laid down in the
GMOU.
3. There shall not be any resort to violence or disruptive actions under any circumstances or
work stoppages, forceful occupation, sabotage of facility, assault on persons or property or
issuance of threats by either side in seeking redress for any real or perceived breach of
responsibility.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, this grievance procedure shall not have the effect of preventing
the report of criminal cases or cases inimical to public order to the law enforcement agencies.
Such matters shall be handled completely in line with the law.

13.0 HSE DISCIPLINE CODE

Slot shall conduct comprehensive HSE induction for all community workers. To ensure the safety
of all the workers on site, it is imperative that local community workers respect the basic Health,
Safety and Environment standards that will apply to this and future work. In this regard, the
following rules will apply to all workers regardless of rank or creed; local community or
contractors:

Indiscipline – Yellow Card

1. HSE Commitment - All workers will be expected to sign a personal commitment to HSE as
a part of their induction
2. Time keeping – all workers are expected to start work on time and to complete the working
hours in their appointment letters. Anyone caught leaving the work site without permission
will be reported to management and subject to appropriate disciplinary measures.
3. There shall be no sleeping on duty.

4. All workers will receive the appropriate PPE (Coveralls, Safety boots, hard hats, Eye
goggle, Rain coat, Rain boot, Umbrella etc.), they will sign for it, keep it safe and in good
condition.
5. Workers must use appropriate PPE provided as instructed by their supervisor. If a worker is
observed not wearing their PPE then this must be reported to management for action
6. All workers are expected to carry out their duties and not refuse direct instructions to work.
7. Harassment of other workers or visitors will not be tolerated. If a worker is observed
harassing or using threatening behavior against another, that worker shall be removed from
site.
8. Toilets will be provided and therefore urinating in public is forbidden. All workers are
expected to wash their hands after using the toilet.
9. Any worker absent from work without an official reason will be reported to management.

NO WORK NO PAY SHALL APPLY

10.The use of mobile phones in areas other than those designated by the site management is
forbidden
11. Smoking on site will be restricted to the smoking refuge areas provided by the site
management
Gross Misconduct-Red Card Event

1. Fighting - any worker that fights on site will be removed from site and dismissed.
2. Stealing - any worker that steals or assists another, in the theft of items from site will be
removed from site and dismissed.
3. Causing damage to equipment - Any worker that willfully damages company property
will be removed from site and dismissed.
4. Drugs or Alcohols- Any worker found to be under the influence of drugs or Alcohol while
on duty will be removed from site and dismissed.
5. HSE violation is forbidden. Defaulters will be removed from site and dismissed
summarily.

UNION:

The Nigeria law recognizes freedom of Association. Therefore, Slot Engineering will not stand in
the way of any worker association with the relevant unions. However, the basic of our dealings with
community workers will be through their community accredited representatives

BENEFITS

DISMISSAL:

The following shall form the basis for your dismissal from our company:

1. Theft
2. Wilful damage of company’s properties.
3. Disobedience or violation of official order and company’s policies.
4. Active participation in community conflict against the company.

PROBATION:

Community semi skilled and skilled workers shall be on probation for one month.

TRANSPORT:

SLOT shall engage a community contractor who shall convey all workers to and from site daily
with a contractor’s bus. A designated bus stop shall be established and the SLOT’s Transport
officer shall notify workers accordingly.

LUNCH SUBSIDY:

Community workers shall be entitled to N250.00 each day worked.

MEDICAL:

SLOT shall provide Medicare on site for community workers, only for job related cases.

The company, in pursuit of the above shall provide a nurse or medical attendance to attend to
workers on/off site.
