Business Associate

Primary roles & responsibilities include:

▪ Lead generation from different sources like web, calling, events, references etc.
▪ Pitch the unique features of the project to the potential customers
▪ Resolve all project-related inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
▪ Explain the project to customers
▪ Inbound and Outbound calls

Basic requirements include:

▪ 6 Months to 1 year voice process experience
▪ Good communication and sales capability
▪ Excellent presentation skills
▪ Minimum qualification: Graduate with minimum 80% marks in any one of the board.
