That on 8 August 2008, defendant gave and transferred to

plaintiff one (1) Honda motorcycle having plate number AAV-888 and
one (1) sidecar, and it was the understanding between the parties
that the same were given as full and complete payment of
defendant's obligation alleged in the complaint.
