1. As per the WTT request FAPL Engineer reached the site on 28-12-2011.

2. The ETP Plant MCC cum PLC cum VFD Panel Power up and all devices, IO’s were checked and
found ok.

3. The ETP plant panel connected for Ethernet cable from Ethernet switch to processor, Drive
(PF753) and Panel View were checked on found ok.

4. The ETP plant configured all devices through Ethernet were checked on found ok.

5. The ETP plant VFD (Power Flux 753) successfully running (based on DO SC200) for Auto mode
was checked on found ok.

6. The ETP Plant all pump and motors successfully running Manual and Auto mode were checked
on found ok.

7. As per customer request the SCADA screens developed. The screens were checked on found
ok.

8. FAPL engineer leave the site on 13-1-2012. .
