Duration: Half day basic awareness.

This Workshop is designed to create awareness about the


organization’s zero-tolerance stand on sexual harassment at the
workplace. The program explains the law in brief and gets a buy-in
on the importance of having an inclusive work environment that is
respectful to both men and women. Through specific case situations
participants learn to recognize and avoid situations where language
and/or behaviour crosses the line and is viewed as harassment.
