Re : Article 7 – Executive Department

The Executive part of the Constitution is the part in which the president is the main
character in it . The power must be vested to on him in which the welfare of the citizens rely on .
In this part, bills or laws passed by the Legislative must go here to be approved by the President
as the power comes from him, then also the cabinet members gives opinions in which whether
the President must approved it or not.

This Article shows the responsibilities of the President , Vice – President and the cabinet
members on how they should work on the department. It shows legal process on how to replace a
by his position and the qualifications of the being President or any officials in this department .
Moreover, in this part also shows what really is the obligation of the President and the things he
must and mustn’t do . However , this article also includes that in Senate must vote for a treaty or
agreement internationally before the president decide to approved.

There are lot of obligations where an officials in this department must do. Obligations in
which must be done in order for the State to run in rhythm . As a republican – democratic
country still we need a President and the power comes from the people.

Re: Article 7–ExecutiveDepartment

In Article 7 shows responsibilities of the President and Vice- President and if they are
really qualified to run because in the Executive Department it shows the qualifications to run and
to be elected. It is in the Sec.3 in the same Article, there shall be a Vice-President who shall
have the same qualifications and term of office and be elected with, and in the same manner, as
the President. He may be removed from office in the same manner as the President.

The Executive branch is one of the most important branches of the Government, we
choose representative to be our leader and to govern the state. They are the brain of the state that
make decisions to make our country better and to help the people living in the country.
The Executive Department must do their obligations as the leader in our country. We are a in
democratic country and we have freedom but we the people still need a leader to be guided by
those people who have the knowledge or who have the most experience. Our leader must be a
good influence to his/her people by doing his/her obligation and must think what can is
beneficial for the people.
