IN THE WORKSHOP

Item's to be checked in the workshop prior to sending to the rig.

Note: All Shear pressures are to be confirmed on the sheet at the end of these
procedures and signed off.

1. All surface equipment to be pressure tested to 5,000 psi

2. The running tool assembly to be checked for the correct size float nut and bearing
swivel. The swab cup assembly to be checked also.

3. The seal assembly must have four (4) 1.000” circulation ports drilled between the
two lowermost seal stacks on the tieback stem. This is to cement the liner after
installation.

6. All OD’s, ID's and lengths must be checked and recorded on the job report form.
NOTE: Check and record the length from the No-Go Shoulder on the mandrel to
the circulation ports between the seal stacks. This length will be equivalent to the
pick up prior to cementing the liner.
Individual check drawings for each component must made out, the dimensions
checked and signed off, prior to making up the liner assemblies and running tools.

7. Confirm with the rigsite the size, weight and grade the equipment is to be run in.
Ensure this is compatible with the OD’s and ID’s checked in step 5.

8. Ensure the correct pump down plug and liner wiper plugs are supplied.

9. It is recommended that the liner hanger assemblies be made up and torqued to the
recommended make up of the threads and the running tools installed prior to
sending to the rig.

10. All check list sheets must be filled in correctly, signed by the TST checking the
equipment, filed, with a copy to accompany the tools to the rig, prior to shipping to
the rig.
