Our point wise compliance on your observations are as follows:-

1. Required SBC mentioned in the drawing should be ensured at site before laying PCC.
Noted and Note is mentioned in NOTES as note no.9

2. Length of floor and stone apron is not shown in the drawings. Please amend the same.
In revised Drawings of Box culverts (R1) length of stone apron and floor apron is shown in
drawings.

3. It is observed that, drawings of utility ducts received vide letter no. APCO/CO/DV-1/AE/2019-
20/6686 Dated 12/11/2019 are same as that of additional culverts drawings received vide letter
no. APCO/CO/DV-1/AE/2019-20/6919 DATED 01/01/2020.Please confirm.
Drawings submitted by letter APCO/CO/DV-1/AE/2019-20/6686 were before the finalization of
chainages by the A.E. Please withdraw the old submission and fresh submission is attached of all
the 16 no. of chainages approved by A.E by letter no. FPPM/Site/DVP/PKG-1/2019/14 dated
11/11/2019

4. Please refer letter no .FPPM/Site/DVP/PKG-1/2019/14 dated 11/11/2019, accordingly submit the

design and drawings of additional box culverts at these locations.
As per mentioned letter, design and drawings of box culverts (16 No’s) attached.

5. Additional box culverts at these chainages are not mentioned in the letter FPPM/Site/DVP/PKG-
1/2019/14 dated 11/11/2019.Please clarify.
We remove the extra chainages which are not mentioned in the AE letter and now as per AE letter
only 16 number of chainages are mentioned in drawings (R1)

6. FRL shown in the drawing is not matching with latest plan and profile drawing. Please check for
all drawing and amend.e.g:-3+390, 9+030 and 14+350.
Revised drawings according to A.E letter No 14 are attached herewith and levels of these
chainages are as per Plan and Profile (R3) .Please correlate with it.
