Two of the most devastating reasons for failure in all areas of life is blaming (pointing fingers)
and complaining.

Do you do these?

Have you heard that adage that says;

“When you point a finger towards someone, your other 4 fingers point back to you”?

Actually, only 3 fingers point back to you. If you don’t believe me do it now and see.

Hahaha!

You see…

Anyway, the point of that saying is that we need to look at ourselves before blaming or accusing
someone else.

And I agree with it.

Change Doesn’t Come From Pointing Finger!

People focus too much on blaming or accusing someone else that they do not any the
necessary action to achieve anything worthwhile.

If you have read my messages or watch my videos, you would have observed that I’m very big on
personal responsibility.

I’m not big on complaining, blaming or accusing anyone anymore.

Once upon a time, I was, but I’ve learned a lot in the last several years and my thinking has
matured and evolved.

More importantly, complaining, blaming or accusing anyone does not change anything but keep
you where you are or further behind.

People say that African corrupt leaders are the reason why Africa is not developed.

Maybe so but look deep at yourself at telling me that you have been clear of corrupt practice in
the last week.

People (include me) say that the educational systems in Africa are broken, that the
opportunity to learn is limited.

Yes, the educational systems are broken, but the GREATEST educational system in the
21stcentury is not the traditional school but internet.

And there are millions of FREE things you can learn. Look deep in yourself and tell me that you
have done your best to avail the opportunities that the FREE internet is giving you.

People say that there are no jobs anywhere and that when they stay at home doing nothing.

Hmmm…This is very true that the speed of creating new jobs in behind the growth of our
population.

But, wait a minute, look at your immediate environment and tell me that there are no problems
that you can start looking for solutions to.

I can go on and on, but it is not necessary because you can see where I’m going.

It’s time to stop pointing fingers and start taking action towards what you want in your life.

Nothing will change in Africa unless we Africa ACT to change them.

There are MANY big challenges in Africa; ABSOLUTELY!

Rather Than Pointing Fingers, Take Up The Challenge…

But these many CHALLENGES/PROBLEMS also give us many OPPORTUNITIES to thrive.

Majority of people only see these challenges/problem, they don’t see the opportunities.

Why you may ask?

It’s all about mindset!

To see and take advantage of the opportunities, the youths of Africa need to change their
mindset.

Again, it starts with EDUCATION.

Both traditional education and more importantly, self-education.

No one can do these for you but you.

So, before you start pointing fingers, look deep at yourself and ask this question;

Have I done everything in my power to help myself and my community?
