Dialogue Job Interview For The Quality-Controler

One day a health clinic in Bali, JIM’s Health-Clinics are seeking new employees to fill
quality-controler section. Finda is looking for a job vacancy, and she saw at the official
website of the JIM’s Health-Clinic a job vacancy. She want to apply for a job on there,
because she was specifiy qualified. Then Finda come to the clinic and received on the new
employees admission.

 First Interviewer : good morning. Please take a sit. Could I help you, Miss ?

 Finda : Good morning Sir, I want to apply for a job at this clinic as I look at the job
vacancy that fit on the official website of this clinic.

 First Interviewer : Could i see your dossiers?

 Finda : Yes, you can

First interviewer sees the dossiers completeness provided by Finda. Then, after that he put
it and ask to Finda.

 First Interviewer : Tell me about yourself ?

 Finda : My name is Finda, I am a master managenent which is graduate in North

Carolina University. I am 21 years old, I am a Hindus, and my hobbies are reading
and writting. My qualification includ five years of experience as a leader in private
institution and capability managing large teams. And also I have an experienced for 3
years as chief of marketing-quality in garment company. That is all I could say about
myself. Thank you.

 First Interviewer : What are your career goals and where do you see yourself five
years from now?

 Finda : within 5 years, i would like to become the very best quality-controler on your
institution. I want to work toward becoming the expert that rely on. Hopefully, this
will allow me to take on greater responsibilities with the company if the opportunity
arises.

 First Interviewer : Why are you leaving your current job ? Have you problem with it ?
tell me!
  Finda : I feel that the time is right for me to apply my knowledge to something that is
accordance with my basic skill and i want to start a something new.

 First Interviewer : Ok, It’s enough for me. thank you.

 Finda : Ok Sir. Thank you.

After the first interviewer done to interview finda, the next interviewer will continue to
interview finda.

 Second Interviewer : Ok. Good Morning Miss, I want to ask you some questions.
Sames likes what you’ve done. I only ask for four questions more.

 Finda : Yes sir.

 Second Interviewer: What are your strenghts ?

 Finda : I have very good organizational and time management skills, but my greatest
strength is my ability to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines.

 Second Interviewer: Ok. Have you ever had a conflict with a superior or colleague? I
Mean, How did you handle it?

 Finda : I’ll communicate with the person, understand their perspective and try to work
out a collaborative solution whenever it possible.

 Second Interviewer: Well, The next question is what are your salary expectations?

 Finda : “I’m sure that your company offers a fair, competitive salary for someone with
my education, skills, and experience.

 Second Interviewer: And finally the last question. Do you have any questions?

 Finda : I have one question sir. How would you describe the company’s management
style?

 Second Interviewer : Ok, nice question. The management of this institution has been
included in the protocol-work, and if there is something out of the provisions will be
discussed together and make the best decisions. Have you any other questions, sir ?

 Finda : no, i haven’t, sir.

  Second Interviewer: Ok. The interviews are done if you are qualifys for this job we
would to announce you.

 Finda : Ok Sir. Thank you very much.

 Second Interviewer : Your Wellcome.

And finally finda has done the interview sections. In same time Dwi also want to get a job on
there. So she come to the clinic and doing some interview sections.

 First Interviewer : Good morning Miss. Please take a sit. What could i help you Miss?

 Dwi : Good morning Sir, I See a job vacancy on your official website and I want to
apply a job on your clinic.

 First Interviewer : Put Your dossiers on the table, then we continue to interview.

 Dwi : Ok Sir.

 First interviewer : First, tell me about yourself ?

 Dwi : Ok. My name is Dwi Widyastuti. I am 20 years old, I am a Hindus, And I loved
to watching movie on the theater and playing with my pet. I graduated in senior high
school first Semarapura at Klungkung. My last education level is a diploma degree in
Nuasantara University majoring in Nurse in 2014. I does have an experienced yet, this
in my first time to get job. That is all i can say about myself. Thank you.

 First Interviewer : Ok. This is your first time right? So now tell me about what did
you know about this job ?

 Dwi : I had reads about this job in internet. This job is focosed on managing the
quality with the service procedure, the devices, or i can say in simple words. They
doing job to control the quality about Input, Process, and the output. That all is i
know.

 First Interviewer : ok, thats good. Next question, why are you applyng this job ?

 Dwi : honestly, I just need to get some job to help my financial. But I am surely will
doing this job really fine.

 First Interviewer : ok that is all i want to hears. Thank you.

  Dwi : Ok sir, i’ll wait for the announce.

The Interviews are done and the two applicant waiting for the announce.
