KING KONG: King Kong is a monstrous beast (a giant ape). Kong lives in an island call “Skull
Island” in the Indian Ocean, he lived with other oversized animals such as the plesiosaur (a type
of reptile dinosaur, pterosaur (flying reptile) and plenty other types of other dinosaurs.

Plot: Carl Dedham was strolling on the streets looking for a beautiful enough women to be in
his film. He couldn’t find any other female actress beautiful enough or wouldn’t want to, mainly
because he never told any of his actress where he would be taking them to film (most of the
times dangerous places). Then suddenly he saw the perfect person, beauty he called. She
looked very hungry and was about to steal and apple, but before she could a big hairy arm
grabbed her who was the shop keeper. Carl rushed towards him and paid for her. The next they
she was already in the film on the way to skull island on a big ship. With Jack as the ship officer
beauty felt saved. Beauty and jack fell in love not soon after. Once they reached Skull Island,
they saw a huge wall and some natives, it was obvious that the wall was to keep Kong away.
The natives saw beauty and thought she would be beautiful enough to be King Kong’s wife. So
on that night when they were sleeping, the natives soled beauty and put her over the wall. King
Kong came and took beauty away. Jack and the crew heard her scream and immediately
brought their guns and went after her. King Kong loved beauty very much. The crew soon found
King Kong and beauty after their long battle against other creatures like giant insects. They took
beauty and ran away, King Kong was chasing after them. Just before they went aboard, Carl
decided to throw a bomb at King Kong and King Kong fell to the ground. Carl and what’s left of
his crew dragged King Kong back. He opens a circus like theater with King Kong tied up with
solid chrome steal. Thousands of people squashed into the theater desperate to see the ‘eighth
wonder of the world’. King Kong Broke out and climbed up the Empire State Building. The
military planes arrived and shot King Kong down. King Kong fell and smashed down, King Kong

MY OMPINION

I think that the book “King Kong” is a very interesting story. As it is very much different
from the movie, it makes a lot more sense. I would think that Judith Conaway didn’t have many
descriptive words and could have more rich words. All the characters have very interesting
characteristics and are all very different. I think that the book will go in the “alright books”
category. I would say that because she had really put it tones of effort, which would have been
good, but she didn’t have much descriptive words, which made the book alright. Carl had a kind
of selfish characteristic and only cared about himself, Jack was more caring to everyone and
especially to Ann. Ann had a very good relationship with Kong and cried when he was shot of
the Empire State Building.

WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE

I would have definitely shortened the book by far as it took a while to read it all. It didn’t have
many rich words and didn’t have many pictures. The pictures did help you have an image of
what is going on and the pictures were very nicely done to. Without the pictures I would
probably have no image in my mind because there weren’t enough descriptive words in the
book.

THE BOOK

This is a picture of the book King Kong. And this is really how it looks like in real life.
There are some parts of the book where it is different from other books written about it or the
film. There was a serpent in the book and there wasn’t in others. There was also a part where
they had to travel across the sea to get Ann, so they built a raft and sailed across, but there was
a sea monster and it pushed the craft over and most of them fell off. All swam for shore but one
was to slow and died.
EVALUVATION

PICTURES

The pictures were amazing! They were fantastic! The illustrator must be a very good
artist and have a lot of experience with drawing. It must have taken him quite a long time since
they are so detailed. I think that is the problem why there weren’t many pictures in the book.
Over all, I think that the illustrations in the book were amazing.

WRITING

The writing wasn’t quite what I expected it to be. It didn’t have much descriptive or rich
words and it went a bit too long. It looks like she had put in a lot of effort and had really tried,
she hasn’t written many books and I think that is why she isn’t up to standard.

STORY LINE

The story line was a very good and interesting one, it was weird in a good way. It was
weird how the first person ever to think up of this idea. It was very different from any other
story lines. I couldn’t find a single storyline that is similar to this one.
