We thank you for responding to our notification. Please read following instructions carefully pertaining to the written test:
1(A). The candidates must bring their original photo identity cards issued by the Central/ State Govt like PAN Card or Voter ID or Aadhar Card or Indian Passport or Driving License with photo and produce the
same in the examination hall for verification of their identitywith the details in Admit card.
1(B). The Departmental Candidates are advised to carry the original Employee ID card (issued by WBSEDCL) along with self-attested photocopy of the Employee ID Card. Those
Departmental Employees who don't possess any Employee ID card as of yet will be required to carry identity certificate (with photograph) issued by their Controlling Officer.
1(C). The Exempted Category candidates need to carry Identity Card [X-10] (issued by Exempted Category Cell) to the Written Test venue along with self-attested photocopy of the Identity Card
[X-10].
2. Attendance through bio-metric registration is mandatory for each and every candidate before appearing for Written Test.
3. The Admit Card should be brought to the examination centre and handed over to the Room Invigilator.
You should reach the test centre at the reporting time as mentioned above. Candidates reporting after 11.00

AM shall not be permitted to appear in the examination.
5. Your candidature for this test is provisional and is subject to your fulfilment of the prescribed educational and other eligibility criteria as per the Notification, failing which your candidature will be summarily
rejected at the further stages of verification and scrutiny during the selection process.
6. Any candidate found using unfair means during the course of examination shall be debarred from appearing in the examination of WBSEDCL in future and shall face legal proceedings.
7. Request for change of Test Centre/test date and address of correspondence shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
8. This Admit Card is purely provisional and does not constitute an offer of employment. Please ensure your eligibility as per Advertisement.

Answer Sheets" and Original Admit Card to the Invigilator will lead to cancellation of candidature.
10. You may kindly note that no travelling expenses will be admissible for appearing in the examination.
11. Please note down your Roll Number and Registration Number for future reference and keep a photocopy with you as this Admit Card in original will be collected from you.
12. For the candidates without Photograph/Signature on their Admit card, he/she is advised to paste a colour Photograph and sign on the space provided. WITHOUT PHOTOGRAPH, NO ONE WILL BE
ALLOWED IN THE EXAM HALL.
13. Candidates will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall with Admit
Card and Photo ID proof only.
14. Pens will be provided at the Test Venue by WBSEDCL.
15. No Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination venue during the currency of the examination.
16. There will be no negative marking under this examination.
17. Bag, Pen, Pencil, Mobile Phone, Digital Watch, Scanner & other IT Gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall. At the time of Examination, if any candidate is found with any of these
electronic gadgets/Pen/Pencil, his/her candidature will stand cancelled immediately, even if he/she was not found using the same.
18. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
19. This Admit card must not be mutilated or tampered with.
