Important Instructions for Candidates for the CET Examination 2022

1. The MAH-LLB -5 Yrs. (Integrated Course) CET Examination will be conducted online. You will be required to enter Login ID and Password to start

the examination. Login ID and Password will be provided on the Hall Ticket. Please ensure that your name and other details which will subsequently

appear onthe Screen are CORRECT. You must maintain the secrecy of your Login ID and Password. It is your responsibility.

2. Photo ID documents:-

You are required to bring this Hall Ticket along with your own recent photo affixed thereon and currently valid photo Identity proof in original such as:

i) PAN card

ii) Indian Passport

iii) Driving License

iv) Voter's Card

v) Bank Passbook with photograph

vi) Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official Letterhead along with Photograph

vii) Photo identity proof issued by a People's Representative on Official Letterhead along with photograph

viii) Recent identity card issued by a recognized School/College

ix)Aadhaar Card/E-Aadhaar card with a photograph.

X)Board/UniversityExaminationOriginalHallTicketwithPhotograph and sealandsignature ofthe Principal.

xi) Employee ID with Photo and signature

xii) Bar Council Identity Card with Photograph

Please note that your name as appearing on the Hall Ticket (provided by you during the process of registration) should reasonably match with thename as

appearing on the photo identity proof.

3. Which Photo ID documents are not accepted:-

Soft copy/colour copy of the Photo ID card will not be accepted.

4. Name Change document:-

Please note that your name as appearing on the Hall Ticket (provided by you during the process of registration) should reasonably match with thename as

appearing on the photo identity proof. Female candidates who have changed first/last/middle name post marriage must takespecial note of this. If there is

any mismatch between the name indicated in the Hall Ticket and Photo Identity Proof you are carrying, you will not be allowed to appear for the

examination. In the case of candidates who have changed their name will beallowed only if they produce Gazette Notification/their Marriage Certificate

/Registered/ notarized Affidavit of Name Change inOriginal with the photograph of the candidate. Candidates who have made mistake in the Name in

the Application form and it is not matching with the Photo ID Card should bring a copy of the Application form and the Original Valid ID proof and

Original Affidavit stating the incorrect name and the correct name with them.

5. Information Brochure giving all instructions about the type/pattern of examination, Marking scheme is available on the Website

6. You must bring a Ballpoint Pen with you.

7. The mere fact that the Hall Ticket has been issued to you does not imply that your Candidature has been finally cleared by State CET Cell or that

the entries made by you in your application for the examination have been accepted by State CET Cell as true and correct. It may be noted that State

CET Cell will take up verification of eligible candidates, i.e., educational qualifications and category with reference to original documents, only at the

time of Admission of candidates who qualify on the basis of the result of the online CET Examination. You may therefore please note that if at any

stage you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria as given in the notification or the information furnished by you in the application is incorrect, your

candidature is liable to be cancelled forth-with such further actions as State CET Cell may like to take.

8. Your response (answers) will be analyzed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure

adopted in this regard, it is inferred/concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, your candidature may be

cancelled and/or the result withheld.

9. You must report at the Examination Venue a Minimum of 1 hour before the time as printed on this Hall Ticket. Candidates arriving late will not be permitted

to appear for the online examination at any cost and the candidate himself/herself will be responsiblefor that. Outstation candidates should visit the

center a day before for calculating the time required in commute/travel.


10. Use of Books, Notebooks, Calculators, Watch Calculators, Pagers, Mobile Phone etc. is not permitted in this Examination. Candidates are advised

not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones/pagers to the venue of examination as safety arrangements cannot be assured. The

candidate himself will be responsible for the safe custody of the mobile phone and electronic gadgets. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair

means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing for the examination including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the

examination will be disqualified. The gadgets used by the candidate in the Examination will be seized by the Invigilators. The candidate should be vigilant

to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from his/her answers.

11. Any request for a change of Date/Session/Centre/Venue will not be entertained in any case.

12. The possibility of occurrence of some problem in the administration of the examination cannot be ruled out completely which may impact test delivery

and/or result from being generated. In that event, every effort will be made to rectify such problem, which may include the movement of candidates,

delay in test. The conduct of a re-exam is at the absolute discretion of the test conducting body. Candidates will not have any claim for a re-test.

Candidates not willing to move or not willing to participate in the delayed process of test delivery shall be summarily rejected from the process.

13. If the Examination is held in more than one session, the scores across various sessions will be equated using the statistical method to adjust for

slight differences in the difficulty level of different test batteries used across sessions. More than one session is required if the nodes capacity is less

or some technical disruption takes place at any centre or for any candidate.

14. Instances for providing incorrect information and/or process violation by a candidate detected at any stage of the admission process will lead to

disqualification of the candidate from the admission process and he/she will not be allowed to appear in the admission process of the State CET

Cell in the future. If such instances go undetected during the current process but are detected subsequently, such disqualification will take place

with retrospective effect. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of

test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking

away the papers supplied in the examination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.

15. Candidates are directed to sign on the Hall ticket in front of the Invigilator and obtain Invigilator’s signature on it. In No case, Hall Ticket is to besubmitted

at the Centre. Candidates must keep the Hall Ticket, along with their CET Form in Safe Custody after the Examination since it will be required for the

admission process.

16. The candidate downloading this Hall Ticket is supposed to have read and accepted the Instructions printed on both sides of the Hall Ticket.

17. The person with a disability shall bring an original disability certificate, scribe (if permitted and applied in CET application form) and scribe form as

applicable for verification to the invigilator.

18. It is advisable to use public transport as a parking facility is not available at the examination centre.

19. Entry to parents inside the Examination Premises is not permitted.

20. In view of Mega Block/ Traffic Jams, candidates are advised to start early and reach the examination centre on mentioned reporting time. Outstation

candidates are requested to visit their centre a day before the exam to avoid the delay in travelling and locating the exam centre. Candidates will be

solely responsible to reach the examination center on mentioned reporting time.

21. Unconditional Undertaking:- Candidates who have filled in a) Wrong Name b) the Wrong Date of Birth c) Uploaded the wrong photo d) Uploaded the

wrong Signature in the online application form of MAH-LLB -5 Years (Integrated) CET. should bring in Unconditional Undertaking/ a sworn in Affidavit

mentioning the Wrong information/ details filled and also mentioning the correct details/photo/signature. Such Candidates will have to produce the

Unconditional Undertaking/ original Affidavit and fill in the Undertaking at the CET Examination Centre if any. The results of such candidateswill be

declared after the sanction/orders from Admissions Regulating Authority.

22. The candidates will be required to upload the Unconditional Undertaking/ affidavit atoning the mistakes committed in the CET Application Form

while filling in the Centralized Admission Form.

23. The CET Question Paper will be shared with the Candidates online only. CET Question Paper and Answer key will not be displayed on the portal.

Only CET results, analysis of the Result and the Scorecard will be shared with the Candidate from the CAP portal. The Schedule of CAP will be

declared online on the CAP portal.

24. Candidates who have applied for MAH-LLB -5 Years (Integrated) CET. Will be eligible for admission to the same course.

25. No request for Change of CET and change, of course, will be accepted under any condition. 

26. ** Candidate must report to the Centre before the Gate closure time. No Candidate will be allowed inside the Campus after the Gate closure Time.

Candidates who have reported late will not be accommodated in any other batch Hence candidates must reach the centre before the reporting

time.
