The matter was discussed and following resolution was passed in this connection:

“RESOLVED THAT the original Share Certificate No. 01 For 9,990 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each
having distinctive No. From 1 To 9.990 (Both inclusive) held in the name of Mr. JAYESH
RAMNIKLAL PATEL be cancelled and sub-divided certificates as noted below, be issued in lieu
thereof under the Common Seal, if any, of the Company, to be affixed thereon in the presence
of Shri Jayesh Ramniklal Patel and Shri Amit Kumar Singh Directors of the Company, who shall
sign the same and countersigned by Smt. Manjulaben Ramniklal Patel of the Company.”
