B091 &94 & manual isolating v/v. at 24 mtr. Level(2 nos.) 5.Close emergency drain & ring header drain 8096,97,98,99. 6.Sampling isolating v/v.should be closed. (Feed water,economizer, super heater & CBD .) 7. Super heater manual drain v/v. at 24 mtr.with master drain v/v. to be closed. 8.SD001 -spray BD v/v. to be closed 1 9.MS line drain MSV 101,102 before main MS v/v. with its isolating to be closed. 10.Start boiler fill pump thro.drain header & attain free flow. 11.At this pt.ensure all CRH HRH drain & main steam line drain open 12.At drum pressure 2 kg/cm2 close drum vents,eco. manual vents,startup vents,SH vents after flow established. 13.Ensure feed flow line BP 100% line made thro. ECO. inlet Via. FDV 14 14.Start MDBFP WITH RECIRCULATION Full open. 15,Stop boiler fill pump & ensure its manual isolating after NRV towards pump is closed manually. 16. open bypass v/v. MDBFP FOV -5. 17. open MAIN D/C. v/v. MDBFP FDV -6. 18 Gradually increase drum pr.with the help of scoop up to 185 kg/cm 2 & maintain pressure for hydraulic test. 19.After 5 min.reduce pr.up to 50 kg/cm 2. 20.if required close D/C.v/v. FOV -6.8 let MDBFP run on recirculation full open Gosamar,
