Mission
Our mission is to run a profitable business by providing the Thai restaurant with
caring and professional environment. Set sales goals in increments, starting with
a smaller goal as I open your doors and then increasing them as I become an
established member of the restaurant community. The idea is to achieve some
level of financial growth in each quarter following the opening of my restaurant,
so that you have the resources to continue to operate and market my business.
Marketing is pivotal in keeping a restaurant running. It is important to retain my
existing customer base while growing the restaurant by attracting new diners.

Objectives
1. Try to breakthrough Thai restaurant business in this area.
2. Business will run and operate by the family member.
3. Business meets the break-even point within 2 years
4. Attract tourists who speak English as the director knows English

“Sabaidee” will offer Thai restaurant, Thai foods and Thai desserts services.

Market Analysis Summary


We choose this location to do the business because it is not far from our home
and locates in the good area. It is the community mall and categorizes in many
sections for example Shopping Centre, Supermarket, Health & Beauty, Fashion
and Kids & Education.
Our business will in the community mall. One start-up goal is to get a business
loan to cover all start-up costs or get $10,000 worth of grant funds. Revenue
goals are important, since money is the driving force of the business. An example
of a revenue goal might be to average sales in a certain range - between $250,000
and $300,000 for example - for the first three years. To write my objectives,
consider figuring how much revenue I would need each month to achieve this
goal. Also consider if there are months or weeks busier than others.
Marketing Strategy
1. Emphasize our business name and unique services through the
advertising and social media.
2. Communication with the fans I can easily accomplish by setting different
surveys or incomplete statements or questions about actual topic. I can
announce a competition for the best photo shot in my restaurants and for
award give to winners free dinner for two , or three.

Promotion Strategy
Planning of Restaurant marketing is very important and it is the key for booming
business. Successful owners and restaurant managers create a marketing plan in
advance for the whole year and in line with it forming its annual budget.
Our promotion will be two phase: first phase promotion will deal with
advertising before, and during three months following the opening; the second
phase will deal with all long-term promotion and occasion promotion.
First phase promotion:

If I have a food delivery service online ordering will definitely increase traffic.
Some people like me, prefer to see and choose the dish from my online menu and
order it directly from the web site.

future clients about everything what happening in my restaurant.

Partnering up with online food apps should definitely be a consideration as part
of your restaurant marketing plan. Partnering with online apps encourages
visitors to check out your restaurant through gamification and customer loyalty
programs, which offer visitors a free purchase or discount for visiting a certain
number of times.
