Dear Parent-IN VIEW OF THE FORTHCOMING BOARD EXAMINATION STARTING FROM WEDNESDAY, 26TH FEBRUARY ,
2020 AND THE PREPARATIONS THERE OF, KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

• The Hawan Ceremony to bless the students of class X will be organized on MONDAY ,
17TH February, 2020 at 9:00 am. It will be a normal working day for students
from 8:00 am to 2.30 pm. Students will come only in school uniform. Classes will be
discontinued for X class from 18th Feb 2020.
• It is advised that you must carefully read and follow the directions for candidates given
on the Admit Card (Students will get their admit cards on the same day i.e 17th
February 2020 . Be sure clearance slip must be submitted before it or on the same
day). The date sheet and the timings of the examination are given in the Admit Card.
• During the month of February & March if any other student, requiring guidance of
the subject teachers in the preparatory leave in February, or in between the Exams, is
welcome to come for doubt-solving after seeking appointment from the reception with
the teacher concerned. Please note that the teachers will be available in school on all
working days, during school hours.
• The centre for the Board Examination is HOLY CHILD SECONDARY SCHOOL,
SONEPAT, HARYANA and the Exam timings are 10:00 am to 1:30 pm (inclusive of
the reading time). The students can either report directly at the centre or report to
school latest by 8:00 am and avail transport to the centre. (If interested ).School Bus
will not wait for any child after 8.00a.m. in the examination days.
• However each child must be present at the centre latest by 9:45 am and report to their
class/subject teacher present there. Please start well-in-time from your home in order to
prevent last minute panic situation caused due to traffic jams & other unforeseen
circumstances.
• The Board Examination timings are from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. The children will come
back to the school by the school transport by 2:30 pm. Kindly make arrangements
to pick your ward from the school and duly inform us about your arrangement.
• Kindly fill up the following CONSENT FORM and return the same to the respective Class Teachers
latest by MONDAY, 17th February 2020.
• Student will go only in school uniform with proper school id Card.
• We are sure you are closely monitoring and supervising your ward’s preparation for the examination
ahead. Take care of their health and well-being and ensure nutritious meals and healthy lifestyle.
