of Law event, organized by the Association of Law Students of the Philippines. I am
representing LPU in the ____________ event. I acknowledge that our University wanted to pull
out our participation in the Conflicts of Law as a precautions to the 2019 Novel Corona Virus.
I have, out of my own volition and after considering all safety factors, decided to continue
playing in the said event. With this decision, I acknowledge that LPU, its officers,
stockholders, employees and administrators, will have no liability whatsoever in case I am
infected by the virus during the event and I am waiving all my rights to any claim, monetary
or otherwise, in relation to this.
