Ingredients: Procedure:

1 Balu Caggu 1. Boil caggu until shell opens.


1/8 k green pepper, sliced 2. Remove caggu meat from its shell. Set aside.
5 pcs pole sitaw, sliced 3. Saute onions, garlic and sliced green
5 pcs eggplant, sliced pepper.

1 whole garlic, chopped 4. Add caggu, cook until light brown.

2 medium-sized onions, chopped 5. Add pork blood.

Black pepper 6. Remove from the pan.

1 tsp. chili powder


1 cup pork blood
Salt to taste
