This document aims at providing the current happenings in TerraCog Global positioning
system and provide with a concrete decision on whether to go with project “Aerial” via
competitive pricing methodology or to go with high price than competitors and try to
maximize the profits therein. Otherwise focussing on other products and abandoning
project “Aerial” or to wait for at least six months implementing the new research and then
release the product which might comply with the future needs and can justify the higher
price later on. This documents also evaluates all the options to be taken into consideration
via SWOT analysis and then converging down to one particular solution pf the problem
