Blizzard Round 2: Stage 1 –Think Big: Idea Challenge

The team must choose any one of our 6 businesses (of the RPG Group conglomerate) and delve
deep into devising a new business development plan. It can either be adjacent* to any of our group
companies or a completely new** idea unrelated to the group. To read about the businesses please

The idea will be tested upon the following broad metrices:
• Market Size
• Revenue Potential
• Competitive Intensity (high, medium, low)
• Margin Structure
• Pain Point(s) it is solving and Customer Willingness to pay

Please note that these are broad pointers to be kept in mind and in no way should hinder creativity
and free flow of thoughts/ideas and research.
Submission Format: 5-slide and a 1-minute pitch video. The PPT template is attached in the mailer.
The video can have any creative format.
