The Supply Chain analysis should include the following aspects:

- Supply Chain Model: continuous replenishment, lean, agile, fully flexible (Why ?)

- What physical distribution of warehouses and factories are being used (a lot of and
close to markets, a few centralized ones, ...) (Why ?)

- What is the profile of the staff you are hiring ? How are you running it?
(supervising everything / letting the staff / ...) (Why ?)

- How are designed the information systems that support your Supply Chain ?

- How are you managing your suppliers (factories) ?

- What are the most important KPI’s that we use to control the Supply Chain?

Shortly: How will you position the Supply Chain in stage 5 of "Dynamic Alignment".
