Healthcare of rural india is in 3 ter system, Primary Health Centre

(PHC)Additonal Primary Health Centre(APHC), Health Sub Centre. Only
Anganwadi is within Parat village and that too is in worst conditon with no
male and female doctors, no avalability of beds, no medicine. Health worker
visit is also irregular. Nearest Health sub-centre is in UNSAR which is 3 km
away from parat, and takes arround 15-20 min to reach centre, and to
reach PHC which is in Block Bochaha 8 km away people need 45 min which
cost them 100Rs overall. Government Hospital is in Muzaffurpur 30 km
away ,tme required is 80-90 min and its costs them 300Rs. Due to the
remoteness of village people generally go to private doctors and thus there
