Select inches as your units when opening the new part file.

Use primitive solids (block and cylinder) and design features (boss, pocket, counter
bored hole, pad) to construct the solid model of the following part.

There are two cylindrical protrusions on this part. One must be created as a boss and
the other as a cylinder and then united. This is to demonstrate that there is more than
one approach for making a part.
