2. One of our Junior Partner, Atty. Gerard Nelson C. Manalo (hereafter

“Manalo”), authorized me to serve copies of his Affidavit of Full
Compliance through registered mail at the Integrated Bar of the
Philippines Cagayan Chapter office due to distance, time constraint
and lack of manpower to personally serve the said affidavit;

3. Accordingly, I served copies of Atty. Manalo’s AFFIDAVIT OF

FULL COMPLIANCE on the following party at his respective address
