authorize to do any or all of the following acts:

1. To submit and process applications for the release of the

original copies of Transfer Certificate of Titles Nos. 039-
2015006897 and 039-2015006896 to his possession upon the
full satisfaction of the obligations due to the current
holder;

2. To sign any documents/forms necessary for the release of

above-mentioned titles;

3. To pay the necessary fees in relation to such authority if

necessary;

4. To acquire, get hold or pick up the original copies of

Transfer Certificate of Titles Nos. 039-2015006897 and 039-
2015006896 from the present holder of the subject titles.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-

fact full power and authority whatsoever requisite or proper to be
done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as
we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
certifying and confirming all that my said attorney in fact shall do or
cause to be done under these presents.
