CHAPTER IV.

Project Beneficiaries
(Oplan Linis Program)
I. The beneficiaries for this proposed project are community of
Barangay______. This project will help in cleaning the environment of the
barangay. It was shown that in barangay_____, people are not well educated
or informed about the negative effects of an uncleaned environment and also
there is a need for more respondents for the pre-existing program that is called
“Oplan Linis”. Since this program is regulated for the whole community, it is
expected that almost ¾ of the community will be taught and train about how
to clean the environment.

II. The beneficiaries for this proposed project are out of school children from
Barangay_____. The selected age group of the children are from ages 6 to 11
years old. In barangay_____, it was apparent that 50% of children are not in
school due to many possible reasons. The main identified reason was that, they
do not have enough financial capacity to enroll in an educational establishment.
The organizers decided to help out 30 out of school children for their project.
They will teach literacy, since this is the area where children are not fully
proficient.
