Guidelines for Use

These bullet-journal inspired schoolwork trackers were designed to help homeschooling parents and teachers organize
and track the assignments for each of their students. In addition to subject-specific checklists, there is also space for
listing solo and group reading, daily to-dos such as chores, music practice, scripture or poetry memorization, etc. A couple
different layouts allow you to choose the tracker that best suits your needs.

Because printers vary on default margin size, make sure and select “scale to fit page” in your printer settings before
printing this packet.

to track multiple students
label tabs to specify subjects. if
needed, more than one tab can be
used per discipline (i.e. two tabs
for math or language arts)
use the dotted lines to list out
specific assignments for each
subject. include source and pages
or lesson numbers. For example:
'Math U See, Lesson 13a' or 'read
chapter 1 of James and the Giant
Peach' or 'do math workbook
pages 36-37'.
you can either map out an entire
week’s worth of assignments at
once, or add the next assignment
to your student’s list each night.
if you prefer to do your planning
in one sitting, you can mark the
assignments for each day with a /
in the check-box to indicate which
work needs to be completed for a
particular day.
check-boxes can be marked to
show what has been done and
which assignments remain.
quarters and weeks as well as
calendar date ranges can be
indicated here to track when
work was completed.

uttered by your preschooler
during school time, or even how a
certain mathematical concept is
