General Comments: June 6, 2017: MIDTERM, Thus far Miss. Gauthier has demonstrated intative in helping out when there was a substitute teacher in the classroom. Gauthier became connected to the students in our class and they looked forward to her suppor. t was a pleasure to have Miss. Gauthier in our classroom. She was very helpful and pleasant. ‘The goals that Miss. Gauthier worked on were to leam the students names, take more iniaive in the classroom end lead the whole class in an activity, Miss. Gauthier was successful at learning the students namos and quickly realized how important tis to relationship bulaing when you can calla student by their ame, ‘Miss. Gauthier became an added support in the mornings by putting out the chairs and seeing what needed to be done to begin our day, Miss. Gauthier lead the students through the calendar actives each morning, She also taught her Micro‘teach lesson with enthusiasm and confidence. The students were engaged in their learning, She took the feedback given to her and applied itto her university class and found great success. Miss. Gauthier has taken risks and has become quite comfortable with the students. It wes a pleasure to have Miss.
