Kindly accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation as a Staff Nurse at Gerona
Hospital of the Sacred Heart, effective February 1, 2020.

Working in this institution is such an honor and privilege because it gave me the chance
to practice my profession. Thank you for the support and opportunities that you have
provided me during my stay. I have truly enjoyed my tenure and I am more grateful for
the encouragement you have given me in pursuing my professional and personal growth.

Next month, I will be focusing on my career improvement and will review to take the
National Council Licensure Examination this year.
