A) Assume that you are the national sales manager for Replica Inc., a manufacturer
and marketer of photocopy equipment and supplies. The firm’s products are sold
both nationally and internationally by a salesforce of 5,000. Replica sells to
accounts of various sizes across several industries.

Identify this structure (draw it). Prepare a proposal that illustrates your
recommended sales organization structure. What is its degree of centralization?
What does the span of control look like and how appropriate is it? What are the
relationships between line and staff positions? Be sure to justify your
recommended structure.
