excluding AMC from the U.S. industry statistics, that outperformance grew to 800 and 400 basis
points, respectively. Internationally, the industry box office in countries served by Odeon and
Nordic’s theatres grew 16.6% and 11.1%, respectively, in constant currency. The industry box

in well-received family product.

admissions. Food and beverage items traditionally include popcorn, soft drinks, candy and hot
dogs. Different varieties of food and beverage items are offered at theatres based on preferences
in the particular geographic region. The traditional food and beverage strategy emphasizes
prominent and appealing food and beverage offerings designed for rapid service and efficiency,

of large food and beverage operations within theatres increases their visibility, aids in reducing
the length of lines, allows flexibility to introduce new concepts and improves traffic flow around
the food and beverage stands.
