 PROVIDES THE OWNER/CLIENT WITH THE MEANS AND MEASURES TO
ENSURE THE PROPER FUNCTION AND MAINTENANCE OG THE BUILDING /
STRCUTURE AND SITE AFTER FINAL SUPPORT.

o BUILDING TESTING AND COMMISIONING


 SYSTEMATIC OF ENSURING THAT A BUILDING / STRUCTURE’S ARRAY OF
SYSTEMS IS PLANNED, DESIGNED, INSTALLED AND TESTED TO PERFORM
ACCORDING TO THE DESIGN INTENT AND THE BUILDINGS OPERATIONAL
NEEDS.

o BUILDING ENVIRONMENT CERTIFICATION


 EVALUATE THE ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE OF A BUILDING AND TO
ENCOURAGE MARKET MIGRATION TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE DESIGN.

o FORENSIC ARCHITECTURE
 UNDERTAKES SCIENTIFIC STUDY ON THE BUIL ENVIRONMENT’S WELL-BEING,

 MUST HAVE MORE THAN BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF SPECIFICATION WRITING,
ESTIMATION AND QUALITY SURVEY, ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTION,
ARCHITECTURAL SOFTWARE, ARCHITECTURAL SUPPROT SERVICES AND
CONTRACT DOCUMENT REVIEW.

o POST DESIGN SERVICES


 MUST HAVE MUCH MORE THAN THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF PRE-
CONSTRCTION, CONSTRUCTION, POST-CONSTRCTION ANS THE OTHER
SERVICES UNDER SPP DOC. 204, 206 AND 207.

o DISPUTE AVOIDANCE AND RESULUTION


 MUST HAVE MUCH MORE THAN THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE VARIOUS
MODES OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESULUTION (ADR) PRESCRIBED UNDER
RA NO. 9285, THE ADR ACT OF 2004 AND ITS IRR I.E. CONSTRUCTION
ARBITRATION, MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION, NEGOTIATION AND OF
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, QUALITY SURVEYS, APPRAISALS AND
ADJUSMENTS AND EXPERT TESTIMONY.
