Established in 2004, Realty Austin is the fastest-growing and


largest independent real estate company in Austin, Texas, with
over $2.85 billion in sales in 2018.

With a traffic of over 10,000 visits every day, it is the most widely
used home search website in Austin. The company works closely
with over 550 top real estate agents who are hand-picked for their
experience and market knowledge.

The agents are supported by a 50-member operations and


marketing team. Realty Austin’s powerful technology solutions
enable them to go above and beyond for each client.

Why
Personalised Videos?
Realty Austin was looking for a technology solution to enable its
agents to create highly personalized videos to promote their
business on social channels. The goal of this initiative was to
skyrocket social engagement with high-quality video content.

The videos also had to reflect Realty Austin’s branding by injecting


their platform’s name subtly. The videos had to include the agent’s
photograph and relevant profile details to help them establish
authority and authenticity among potential home buyers and sellers.

Solution Overview
Realty Austin decided to create a recurring series of theme-based
campaigns where personalized videos would be created for all
their agents. The themes would usually revolve around seasonal
occasions or trending topics around the real-estate industry.

Social Sharing

The agent downloads the video and shares it on their social handles
to attract relevant traffic and get more property inquiries.

Given the success of this initiative, the company is now doubling
down on this effort in the coming months.
