Statistical Treatment

The data analysis process requires applying the reasoning method for
comprehending and interpreting the data gathered and collected by the researcher. The
choice of the analytical techniques will depend on the characteristics and structure of
research design and nature of the data which is collected . The collected data from (N)
respondents will be valuable and important because it will contain all the relevant and
accurate informations needed to be able to fulfill the objectives of research. Before
applying statistical techniques for data analysis, the data which will be collected will
be tabulated to facilitate the interpretation process of data.

To interpret the data effectively, the researcher will employ the following statistical
treatment. The Percentage, Mean, Median, and Mode, and Standard Deviation are the
tools use to interpret data
.
1.Percentage
This will employ to determine the frequency counts and percentage distribution
of personal related variables of the respondents.

2.Mean
This will be sum of all the data entries divided by the number of entries.

3.Median:

It is value that lies in the middle of the data when the data set is ordered. If the data
set has an odd number of entries, then the median is the middle data entry. If the data
has an even number of entries, then the median is obtained by adding the two numbers
in the middle and dividing result by two.

4.Mode
This is the data entry that occurs with the greatest frequency. A data set may have one
mode, more than one mode, or no mode. If no entry is repeated the data set has no
mode.

5. standard deviation

Is the one that measures the variability and consistency of the sample or population.
In most real-world applications, consistency is a great advantage. In statistical data
analysis, less variation is often better.
