ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The internship opportunity I had with Casa Real Montessori, Inc. was a big break for my
real-life learning experiece and professional development as a Music Teacher. I consider
myself fortunate and grateful for having a chance to meet and work with so many
wonderful people and professionals who led me though this internship period.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the School Administrators of Casa Real

Montessori, Inc. in Imus and Silang Campuses, Directress’ Charina Jarlega and Arline
Jarlega, who in spite of being extraordinarily busy with their duties, took time out to
hear, guide, and keep me on the right path and allowing me to carry out my school
requirement at their esteemed organization and extended great help during the training.

Many thanks to Choirmaster Marjorie Jiji Carinan-Taclob, CRMI Music Instructor for
the motherly guidance, significant advices, and setting up my tasks trim and proper. I am
forever grateful to her as a mentor, guide, and inspiration to my future career in Music
Education.

Finally , I look back with gladness and contentment to all these precious experiences,
learning challenges, and victories. I am confident that these gained skills and work
values be utilized as an advantagious tool to my violin class and the Orchestra from now
on. I will continue to work on and encourage personal progress and collaborative
improvement not just for their personal gain, but all for God’s Eternal Glory and Praise.

ABSTRACT

INTERNSHIP REPORT IN CASA REAL MONTESSRI INC.

Marjel Joshua Taclob

Proponent

Having been able to participate in not just an actual work place helped me
broaden my understanding regarding my chosen profession and made me realize what I
would want to work on in the future. This internship experience helped me a lot
especially on what to expect after graduation. It changed my direction of thinking,
approach of working, and gave me enough ideas on how to deal with situational
problems. Hopefully, more interns/trainees will be able to practice hands-on ventures like
what I did, in the future.

Part of this internship report is my overview of the industry and the profile of the
School I have been to. I will be talking about the challenges, assignments, activities, and
opportunities I had and experienced. There will also be a discussion of my observations
regarding the day-to-day operations of my department in comparison to the learnings I
gained from the subjects I have taken.
