RE: GENERAL FINANCE MEMO

This General Finance Memo is issued to all Finance and Admin Managers of all Outlets as an advisory on
the handling of any and all accounts receivables (AR) and accounts collectibles (AC).

Effective immediately, all Accounts Receivables should be coursed thru the Facility Finance Manager,
Ms. Grace Miranda. Likewise, the Facility Finance Manager must be informed of any other Accounts
Collectibles (AC), as well as it’s payment status.

ALL Money Matters should be coursed through and informed with the Facility Finance Department.
Failure to follow through will result in appropriate disciplinary action.

This is for everyone’s guidance and information.
