For Equipment checking before sessions

Please follow steps below and make sure your device are ready for the
session.

1. Make sure there’s only one session running at the same time. Flash
player can only access your microphone/video once.

2. Use Self-Testing system(see p.2-4) to make sure you’re ready for the
lesson. If not, try a few simple steps(see p.5-7) to fix this problem.

3. Enter your session early and get ready for the session.

• Press Read It to begin your equipment check.
 Enter My Session
• Click “Enter My session page”
 Press allow to check video
• When you press on allow,
you should immediately see
yourself in the TV-box.

If you’re using Google Chrome,

make sure you also pressed Allow
on the top.

Take a picture and then “Submit” to

proceed to the next Step.

 Sound check
Microphone test: click --  “allow” microphone  microphone test  submit

1.Use this to select your microphone device. It will be OK to stay

default if your setting is correct(see page 5.)

2.Press this to start recording your voice and check if

the green bar on top to see if it’s moving. Press submit
when finished and you’re ready to go!
It’s important to know the time difference between your country and system
time zone. Here’s some tips for you to not miss any scheduled session.

This is the page you will see after you passed daily equipment check using
instruction mentioned before.
Red square = Your time zone. Please select it to fit your time.
Yellow square = Daylight saving is on? Please click/unclick to fit your local time.
White square = This must adjust to be the same with your local time.
Pink square = Session status. For example scheduled session will show orange
● symbol. Please check 4 hours ahead to know your session status.
● symbol means you booked but no class scheduled.

• After installation, You will see a time-zone

selection on your status bar above.
Set it to GMT +8 so you will have system time
when you need to book sessions or discuss
your booking with schedulers.
 Time Difference(Windows)
1. Install the following link

2. Run the program and install it.

3. When installation finished, close it. Please don’t buy anything! It’s free.
4. Please delete those clock you don’t
need and Set City to Asia, East, Taiwan, Taipei.
 How to check my own sound? -1
• 1. Right click on sound icon located on bottom right.

• 2.Select Recording/Playback
Device.

• 3. Make sure to you set your

headset device on both as default.
 How to check my own sound? -2
• 4. Select Properties.

• 5. Select Listen on top and click on Make sure

“Listen to this device.” Apply on bottom your headset
volume is set
to hear your own sound. correctly in
Unclick “Listen to this device” when “Levels”
you finished.

6. If you cannot hear yourself, plug your

headset to another port(if available)
and try to listen again to see if it’s all good.

7. If there’s Custom or microphone boost. Please unclick everything

because it usually make your sound really noisy.
