combined with Clamp-on type flow meters. However, Purchase requisition for Inline type flow meter and Clamp-on type flow
meter is segregated. Hence, this purchase requisition is pertaining only to Inline type flow meter and refer to R6-008-16-5-

Notes :
Asbestos, whether combined with other materials or in free form, shall NOT be used in any installation, supplied equipment or packaging thereof. If asbestos is found to exist in an
1 installation, supplied equipment or packaging, the installation, equipment or packaging will be rejected and the supplier shall be responsible for the removal and clean-up of all
asbestos materials and all associated clean-up costs.
Hazardous Substances- The presence or use of any hazardous substances (substances which have the potential to cause harm to the health of people through their use of the

installation or supplied equipment) must be declared by the Supplier at Quotation and confirmed after Award of Purchase Order.
Errors and Omissions – the Supplier shall advise WorleyParsons in writing of any errors, omissions, inconsistencies, ambiguities or discrepancies identified in documentation

provided by Worley Parsons Oman Engineering LLC or Oman Gas Company (OGC) S.A.O.C.
4 All the items shall be from procure from Company approved vendor list.

6 CR: Criticality Rating
The personnel deputed for the activities shall have minimum 10-12 yrs. experience in the project. Purchaser approval is required prior to deputation. Per diem shall include air

travel, transportation, accommodation, daily needs, etc. Working hours will be 10 hours per day.
8 Vendor to confirm the size of the flow meter to cover the complete flow range.
9 Site supervision during installation of meters (Specifically for Clamp on type) is required.
