Step 3 - Understanding the Arrangement Overview

• Arrangement number in the overview is a contract reference and account number is the T24 Account number.
• Customer indicates the owner of the Arrangement.
• Product indicates the name of the product under which the arrangement is created.
• Status indicates the status of the arrangement.
• The Arrangement Date indicates the effective date on which the arrangement is created.
• Description of Posting Restrict, if any, will be shown in Red against Restriction.
• Arrangement Conditions are the product conditions, negotiated at the arrangement level.
• Each tab pertains to one property - Account Static, Overdraft Limit, Interest, and Schedule. These hold information specific to the
Arrangement.

• The property Overdraft Limit is taken as an example.


◦ Limit Reference refers to limit product and the serial number.
◦ Manage Limit is set to Yes, if AA manages the limit.
◦ Single Limit is set to Yes, if this limit record cannot be shared by any other arrangements.

• Account Details pertains to Financial Summary, Locked Funds and Accruals.


◦ The Financial Summary tab provides the information on Balances and Funds Availability.
◾ As it is a new arrangement, the balances and availability of funds can be seen as 0.
◦ The Locked Funds tab provides an enquiry on AC.LOCKED.EVENTS.
◾ The New icon helps to block the funds in the Account and feed the data for blocking.
◾ Enquiry provides the amount locked, from and to dates and the reason for locking.
◾ Available ladder tab indicates available balance in a multi-value set, date-wise, from the underlying account
record. This is maintained as a ladder to show date wise cash flow in an account, includes Forward dated entries.
◦ The Accruals tab provides the information on the interest accruals till date.

• Additional Details pertains to Activity Log, Recent Txns, and Enquiries.


◦ Activity Log tab lists all the current and pending activities pertaining to the arrangement.
◦ Recent Txns indicates the recent 10 transactions on the Account in descending order.

Details include Booking Date, FT/TT Reference, Description, Value Date, Credit / Debit, and Balance.

• Enquiries tab provides information on account related queries as follows:

◦ Forward Entries
◦ Cheques

• The New Activity link enables changes / amendments to existing arrangements and offer various update facilities in the account.

• The New Activity tab can further drill down to Arrangement Activities and Account Facilities.
• The Arrangement Activities display property-wise, activities that can be amended today or at a later date. Simulation of the same is
also possible.

• The Account Facilities include tabs to lead to Hold Funds, Manage Cards, Issue / Stop Cheque and so on.
