they have)
IV. Target clientele (who are the clients or customers of the company)
V. Organizational structure/chart of the company
VI. Company rules and regulations
VII. Safety/ production/ maintenance/ quality control/ quality assurance/ customer satisfaction/
housekeeping/ hygiene and others.
