As we have done case study for dwarakanagar so

basically the typology of the building what we
observed are as follows..
 Residential
 Commercial
 Hospitals
 Institutional
 Educational
 Public utilities
 Religious
Firstly what we observed is more % of the buildings in
dwaraka nagar is occupied by residential purpose.
Then slowly the particular area is slowly turning
towards the aspect of commercial zone so the next
zone which is spreading across is commercial zone.
Among the stretch the small scale clinics are being
occupied and spreaded among the area.
And basically the large scale hospitals is being settled
among the commercial spaces.
And only in some parts the educational institutional is
been settled.
The drainages were left open .
The garbages were dumped on the roads. And no
proper parking spaces, distrupted footpaths, no proper
parks and playgrounds, childrens were playing on the
roads which can turn out to be dangerous to them.
