Other terms and conditions:
Price: Prices are quoted in the Philippine Peso and shall be subject to change without prior notice.
Validity: Prices will be valid only for 30 days from the date of quotation.
Term of Fifty percent (50%) of the contract price as down payment upon signing of the contract.
Payment: Forty percent (40%) of the contract price payable upon delivery of goods to the site.
Ten percent (10%) of the contract price upon completion of installation and cleaning.
In the event of default payment, the client is liable to Europa Design 2% interest per month on the
principal or contract amount. Demand is herby waived.
Delivery: Items will be delivered not later than eight (8) weeks from the date of actual/final measurement have
been taken and confirmed and duly signed by the client or his/her representative.
Installation: Installation of doors and/or windows shall proceed immediately after delivery of items specified in the
contract including all hardwares. Cleaning of profiles and glass panels shall be done after completion of
installation.
Warranty: All profiles shall have a 10year warranty against discoloration, warping and cracking and 2year limited
warranty for hardwares under normal use.
1 year warranty on retractable flyscreen mechanism under normal use.
Exclusion: Masonry, carpentry, retouching and janitorial works are not included in the scope of works in this
Agreement.
Other terms: Use of electricity, telephone and storage facility as well as security services shall be provided by the
client in the project site.
Client shall plaster all openings of doors/windows to smooth finish prior to final measurement.
Europa Design retains ownership of all items cited in the contract until fully paid by the client. In case
of payment defaults within the period stated in the contract, Europa Design reserves the right to use the
products for whatever purpose at its discretion.
Acceptance: After installation and cleaning, the Certificate of Completion shall be presented to the owner or his
reprentative for his conformity that all items contained in the contract are delivered and installed in
good order and condition.
Adverse Any claim whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, and breach of statutory or other duties
associated with
Claim: the contract has to be made immediately upon receipt of the products. Europa Design will not entertain
any claim forty eight (48) hours after the delivery is made.
