To Whom It May Concern:

I am privileged to write this letter in support of Alix Bollinger-Perret. As an English and Health/PE teacher at Sweet
Grass County High School, I witnessed Alix grow in her academic studies while showing a willingness to learn new
material and better herself. While developing her academic skills, she also worked towards becoming a mature and
caring individual.

Over the last four years, Alix proved to be a motivated student, willing to learn while showing an increased
awareness of the importance of education. Interested in animals, Alix been doing a Partners in Learning internship
at Doge-day a local grooming and pet store. Alix has cultivated the skills needed to help her become a productive
member of society. Her work ethic allows her to learn, and she uses her experience as motivation so she can take
advantage of any opportunity given. She manages her time, works well with others and under deadlines and shows
persistence when given a task. Alix has worked as a teacher’s aide for me the last year and I have observed these
traits first-hand. She has long since become a valuable member of many of my classes.

Alix has been involved in several extra-curricular school activities during the past four years: Volleyball, Track,
SAVY, International Club, and Mathletes. In addition, she has been active in her church youth group and worked at
local businesses. Alix also attended ALA Girls State in 2019. All of these activities demand commitment, hard
work, and extra time. Despite her busy schedule, she has also found time to keep her grades up.

Amid this flurry of activity, Alix has tackled everything with optimism and effort as proven by her 3.94 GPA and class rank
of 6th out of 41 students.

Alix is a talented, motivated student and individual. As I reflect on our conversations, I have enjoyed her cheerful, mature
demeanor a great deal…it is quite a blessing in my career to encounter a student with such a generous spirit who I will be
honored to simply call “my friend.” Her approach to college, a potential career, and life is optimistic, realistic, and
energetic.

Whether listening to a lecture, writing an essay, analyzing the works of an author, or working on a creative project,
Alix stands out. She believes in the importance of education to each person’s future. Your consideration will
provide Alix the opportunity to work towards her goals. I see only success in her future. Without reservation, I
would recommend Alix Bollinger-Perret

Sincerely,

Jeni Lannen
