DRY INFLATABLE CHECKLIST

Carefully read all directions and warnings, provide direct adult supervision at all times, and adhere to all
posted rules and regulations.

IMPROPER USE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH!

INITIAL SETUP CHECKLIST

To be initialed by renter and Rental Depot employee upon delivery.

Renter R. D.
Electrical power is within 50 feet of unit and is securely and safely supplied to unit.
Area is free from debris and obstructions, and allows easy access to all sides.
Area overhead inflatable is free from any dangerous items, obstructions, and power lines.
All tethers and stakes have been securely installed.
Unit including netting is clean and free from damage, tears, or holes.
Unit has been successfully inflated with renter present and is in good working condition.
Warnings are clearly posted on inflatable, and renter has been instructed on safety and use.
Renter has been shown emergency shutdown/deflation procedures for inflatable.

Renter must read, understand, and initial each line below upon delivery.

PRE-OPERATION

Renter
DIRECT SUPERVISION BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST BE PROVIDED AT ALL TIMES.
Inflatable may not be removed from the original installed location.
Stakes and tethers should be inspected before allowing children to play in the inflatable.
Unit should be fully inflated and inspected for damage before use.

RULES OF USE

Renter
Always follow all posted safety and use regulations. Attendant must enforce all rules.
The inflatable may not be left unattended at any time.
Do not allow children of different sizes or age groups to enter the inflatable at the same time.
Children should remove shoes, jewelry, watches, and eyeglasses before entering inflatable.
Anyone with the following conditions should not enter the unit:
current or previous knee, neck, or back injury; respiratory conditions including bronchitis or asthma;
pregnancy; circulatory or heart related conditions; knee or joint conditions; or any other condition
which may limit the ability to participate safely.
"Silly String" will permanently damage the unit and may not be used in or near the unit.
Food, candy, and drinks are not allowed in the inflatables.
Attendant should ensure that children play safely and do not wrestle, flip, or climb on sides or netting.
FOR UNITS WITH SLIDES

Renter
Attendant should not allow children to stand at top of slide.
Participants must slide feet first, with arms crossed over their chest.
Only one child may slide at a time. Ensure that landing area is clear before next child is allowed to slide.
Do not allow children to climb up sliding surfaces.

OPERATION SAFETY

Renter
Do not operate the inflatable in winds 15 mph or higher or temperatures below 40 degrees.
If unit becomes wet, have all participants exit until it has been dried off completely. Do not use in rain.
In hot weather, check frequently to ensure jumping and sliding surfaces are a safe temperature.
If unit suddenly deflates, seat all participants immediately then escort them out of the inflatable.
Do not allow access to the back or sides of the inflatable at any time.

CLEANING

Renter
Remove all debris when finished. Inspect corners and seams for small, sharp objects before deflating.
If unit is wet, towel off and allow to fully dry before deflating to prevent mildew damage.
A cleaning charge will be applied if unit is not clean and free of debris and trash upon pickup.
Do not use chlorine or bleach based cleaning products on the inflatable.
