Norman: To our indefatigable and charismatic Sangguniang Panlalawigan

Member, the one and only, Mr. Efren Rambo Rafanan, to the man of humility,our
Vice Mayor, Mr. William Pre, to the man of generosity our Sangguniang
Panlalawigan Member, Mr. Hilario Paet, the ever beauteous Head teacher of Tay-ac
National High School, Mrs. Evangeline Pre, to our very active Barangay Officials
headed by Barangay Captain Jose T. Madriaga of Tay-ac and Barangay Captain
Pedro Cantano Jr. of An-annam, to the father of our School, the man of Success and
Greatness, Mr. Delfin P. Llagas, to our very supportive PTA officers headed by
Mrs. Yolanda Ramos, to the kind hearted parents of our Candidates, Fellow
Teachers, students, friends , ladies & gentlemen, A lovely Morning to one and all.

Roselyn: Our celebration today marks another milestone of our history, because
it’s a rare opportunity that our coronation is coincide with the Valentine’s Day. So
allow us to greet you a Happy and Memorable Valentine’s Day to all. Having this
event is very important since it intensifies our love and care to our children. So let’s
fill this function hall with love and may this love will bring peace and unity to all,
let’s spread the love and say I Love You to the person besides you.

I. INVOCATION

Norman: To start with, may we all rise for the opening Prayer through an Audio
Visual Presentation.

II. PAMBANSANG AWIT

Roselyn: Please remain standing for the singing of the National anthem with the
accompaniment of Tay-ac ES Marching Band.

III. WORDS OF WELOME

Norman: We are very proud that we have her as our Partner in the school. She’s
one of a kind, So may we give our hands to our Very Active and supportive PTA
President Mrs. Yolanda Ramos as she give her Words of Welcome.

IV. OPENING REMARKS

Roselyn: Thank you PTA President for your sweet and warm greetings. We are
many but only few are chosen to be one, He’s the man behind the success and
greatness of this school, Ladies and Gentlemen, our Principal, Mr. Delfin P. Llagas.
Let’s Give him a resounding Applause as he delivers his Opening Remarks..

 V. INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE

Norman: At this juncture, let us also listen to the inspirational message of our
generous Chairman committee of Education, Sangguniang Bayan Member Hilario
“Larry” Paet. Sir. Let’s give him a round of applause please.

Roselyn. Thank you sir for your noteworthy message. At this moment, May we call
on to the man of Humility who never stops helping his Kailians, No other than Vice
Mayor William Pre as he gave his message.

Norman: Thank you sir for your inspiring message. According to Vince Lombardi,
“Leaders are made, they are not born.” It is very true because the one that will be
going to inspire us is a great leader made by hard work and perseverance. Ladies and
Gentlemen Let’s put our hands together to our SPM Efren Rambo Rafanan as he
delivers his Message.

VI. ENTRANCE OF THE ROYAL COURT

Roselyn. The royal guards serve to protect the royal family from any harm. They
make sure that the rulers of this land are in safe condition at all times. So, why don’t
we give a warm applause for the entrance of the royal guards.

Norman: Now dear friends, be sure to keep your eyes open for we are about to
proceed with the entrance of the princes & princesses.
