Description

BERUDRAW AL 20 is a liquid, non water miscible special drawing oil Properties

for the continuous wet drawing of rod aluminium wires and their alloys.

BERUDRAW AL 20 is to be filled into the machines or central circula- bility
tion tanks in pure condition. The average service temperature should be
around 40°C. • Long lifetime

When starting the machine after recharging with fresh oil it is advisable • Multipurpose
to increase the drawing speed slowly. When reaching a temperature of
40°C the drawing can be done with standard speed.
Due to the high lubricity long lifetime of dies and a low formation of alu-
minium particles can be reached. By this BERUDRAW AL 20 can be
used – depending on the tons of drawn wire – up to various years with-
out any change.
BERUDRAW AL 20 can be used from rod breakdown applications
down to final diameters of 0,5 mm.
