BERUDRAW AL 3 is to be filled into the machines or central circula-

tion tanks in pure condition. When starting the machine after recharg-
ing with fresh oil it is advisable to increase the drawing speed slowly.
When reaching a temperature of 40 °C the drawing can be done with
standard speed.
Due to the high lubricity long lifetime of dies and a low formation of
aluminium particles can be reached. The lifetime can be extended
by using a suitable filtration technique.
BERUDRAW AL 3 is used for medium and fine wire applications
down to final diameters of 0,2 mm.
