Spanish Bread

250 g Bread Flour

50 g Sugar

125 g Water

½ tsp. Yeast

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Vanilla

½ tsp. Bread Improver

35 g Skim Milk

15 g Lard

Filling

25 g Margarine

25 g Flour

25 g Sugar

15 g Skim milk

Procedure:

 Dissolve the Yeast, Small amount of Sugar & Water and Set aside
 Dissolve the salt, vanilla and the remaining water & sugar.
 Sift the Bread flour, Skim milk and bread improver and make a hole.
 Just wait for the Yeast to rise make your filling.
 Sift the flour, skim milk, sugar
Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients:
25 g Water
5 g Yeast
15 g Sugar
50 g Evap. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2.5 g Salt
162 g Bread Flour
2.5 g Bread improver
15 g Egg
15 g Margarine

Glaze Syrup
1/8 Cup Water
1/8 Cup Sugar
1/8 Cup Margarine

Filling
1 ½ tbsp. Sugar
15 g Cinnamon/ 1 pack Milo

Procedure:

 Dissolve the Yeast in a small amount of water and sugar, then set aside
 Dissolve the remaining sugar in water then add milk, salt, and vanilla and set aside
 Sift the bread flour and bread improver then mix and make a hole
 When the yeast rises put it in the hole of the flour then add liquid ingredients and then put
egg and margarine

Swiss Roll

Sponge roll
Egg yolk 3 pcs.
Salt ½ tsp.
Water 1 ½ tbsp.
Vanilla ½ tsp.
Sugar 60 g
Cake Flour ½ Cup
Baking Powder ½ tsp.

Meringue
3 pcs. Egg white
¼ Cup Sugar
1/8 tsp or Pinch of Cream of tartar

Batter mixture
1 egg white
50g Sugar
113 g Margarine
½ tsp. Vanilla
