Procedure:
Dissolve the Yeast, Small amount of Sugar & Water and Set aside
Dissolve the salt, vanilla and the remaining water & sugar.
Sift the Bread flour, Skim milk and bread improver and make a hole.
Just wait for the Yeast to rise make your filling.

Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients:
25 g Water
5 g Yeast
15 g Sugar
50 g Evap. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2.5 g Salt
162 g Bread Flour
2.5 g Bread improver
15 g Egg
15 g Margarine
Glaze Syrup
1/8 Cup Water
1/8 Cup Sugar
1/8 Cup Margarine
Filling
1 ½ tbsp. Sugar
15 g Cinnamon/ 1 pack Milo
Procedure:
Dissolve the Yeast in a small amount of water and sugar, then set aside
Dissolve the remaining sugar in water then add milk, salt, and vanilla and set aside
Sift the bread flour and bread improver then mix and make a hole
When the yeast rises put it in the hole of the flour then add liquid ingredients and then put
egg and margarine
